Do you have a list of songs or movies in the public domain?

No.

“The U.S. Copyright Office neither compiles nor maintains such a list. A search of their records, however, may reveal whether a particular work has fallen into the public domain. The U.S. Copyright Office will conduct a search of their records by the title of a work, an author’s name, or a claimant’s name. Upon request, their staff will search their records at the statutory rate of $165 for each hour (2 hour minimum). You may also search the records in person without paying a fee.”
