Bob Krist

Since 2000, Bob Krist and Andrew Hudson have been publishing books together.

Bob Krist regularly contributes to National Geographic Traveler, Smithsonian and Islands magazines. He photographed the New York Times-bestseller In Tuscany with Frances Mayes, as well as six other coffeetable books. Bob is a spokesman for Nikon, Epson and Kodak and teaches at the Maine Photo Workshops and National Geographic Expeditions.

A former professional actor, Bob has hosted Nature’s Best Photography on the Outdoor Life Network and Photography CloseUp on Cablevision’s MagRack series. Bob Krist won the Eisenstadt Award for Magazine Travel Photography (2000) and was voted “Travel Photographer of the Year” (1994) by the Society of American Travel Writers. Bob lives with his wife, Peggy, in New Hope, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia.
